Log in to your hosting control panel

The hosting control panel provides a user-friendly interface for managing your web hosting service(s).

⚠️ Important: Make sure your web browser permits pop-ups and deactivate any ad blockers or VPN running on your device, as these settings can disrupt your access to the hosting control panel.

You can access your hosting control panel from your customer portal or your web browser using a direct login page link constructed from your domain name.

This guide will show you the steps for both login methods.

Method: User portal

1. Log in to your Nexym user portal

2. If you have multiple hosting services, select the correct one from the dropdown. If you only have one hosting service, it will be selected by default.

3. Click on the Log in to Hosting Control Panel button

Method: Direct login page

1. Open a new window or tab on your web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

2. In your browser, type in the following URL, replacing yourdomain.com with your domain name:

https://cp.yourdomain.com

As an example, the nexymhelp.com control panel direct login link would be:

https://cp.nexymhelp.com

⚠️ Note: If using an external DNS or CDN provider, you must add an A record for cp pointing to your hosting account IP address and let it propagate, or else the direct login link will not work.

3. On the hosting control panel login page, enter your control panel username and control panel password, then click the Sign in button
