View your service email history

Your account email history will contain all service-related emails sent to your registered customer profile email.

To access your email history from your customer portal, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your Nexym user portal
2. Click on your name from the top-right
3. From the dropdown, select Email History

4. You will find your service email history, sorted by date. To view the contents of an email, click directly on it, you will get a popup window with its contents.
